This is a email from one of my employees. Sometimes you just have to ask what is really going on??? (PLEASE READ BELOW)
We had some major action at the Spahr house over the weekend. The buyers were there looking at what they were going to do to the house. Mr Sphar said one of the 10/11 year old kids crapped on the carpet. The cops came and everything. The realtor was freaking out because the Spahrs went crazy on him. Everything has calmed down other than the buyer is a little concerned about their behavior.
